Alpha Dealer Sites provides digital solutions for automotive dealerships, including:

• Website hosting and management for dealership online presence
• Advertising and marketing tools for vehicle inventory
• The Alpha Auto Lister Chrome Extension, which automates posting vehicle inventory to Facebook Marketplace

Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information as needed
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the security features of the Services
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Services beyond intended functionality

• Violate Facebook's Terms of Service or Marketplace policies while using our extension

Chrome Extension Terms

The Alpha Auto Lister Chrome Extension is provided as a tool to assist with posting vehicle listings. You acknowledge that:

• The extension interacts with Facebook Marketplace on your behalf and you are responsible for compliance with Facebook's policies
• Vehicle information posted through the extension must be accurate and truthful
• We are not responsible for changes Facebook makes to their platform that may affect extension functionality
• The extension requires an active subscription and internet connection to function

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Alpha Dealer Sites and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Dealer Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We do not guarantee that vehicle listings posted through the extension will result in sales, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted availability of Facebook Marketplace integration.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
